FAQ
I know it’s lengthy. But these are the questions that I keep receiving from people.
You can just read the one that concerns you though.
Do read before enquiring with me about anything aye.

Basic details of gadgets

Do the gadgets have warranty?
Nope. However all items are exchangeable within 1 week. So if u found that u received a spoilt good, do inform me asap so that I can get it exchanged for you.

How long do items take to arrive?
2-3 weeks(working days; so do exclude weekends and public holidays). However it totally depends on the shipping. Shipping can be unpredictable (unfortunately). It can be earlier as well. But in certain cases, it can even take up to 1 month or slightly longer than that if the supplier’s side is overload with orders. So do join my pre-order if you are willing to wait. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

“Where do all these gadgets made of/come from?”
It came from China/Taiwan manufacturers. It’s made in China.

“Are all these items authentic? Why are you selling them so cheap?”
All items are NON-AUTHENTIC. So stop asking. I will insert the word “authentic” if it is. Furthermore, it can’t be that cheap if it is authentic. Mostly are all inspired or look alike.

Placing an order

“I want to place an order for the gadgets. How do I go about doing it?”
First of all email me. I will send you an order form that you have to fill in. However do clear all your doubts before you filled up the form. Once you sent me the order form, I will take it that you have read my Terms and Conditions and that you have confirmed your order with me.

NO DEADBUYERS. NO BACKING OUT.

Payment details

“Can I pay you only when the items arrived?”
Nope. Full payment are to be made before I send out the orders. If not, your order will be forfeited or being put on hold for the next upcoming pre-order.

“So when do I make payment for the order that I’ve placed?”
Nortications to make payment will be sent to all taking part in the pre-order via email when it is already closing. It will usually be sent 5 days in advance before the closing pre-order date. Other than that, I will also sms you to inform if I have yet to receive any replies from you within those 5 days. So don’t give me reasons like “you did not inform me. I don’t know...”

There are also certain pre-order where I will require payment within 3 days. It will be stated if that’s the case.

“Price negotiable babe? Hee..”
Nope. Unless otherwise stated. And even if stated that the prices are negotiable, do not negotiate for such a low/impossible price that I can’t give.

“Hi, can I get a refund?”
Sorry but I do not do refunds. -____-

“Can do a meet-up payment? I cannot do bank transfer”

Yes. But only at my convenience which are AMK or Sengkang. However, bank transaction is strongly advised.

Arrival of gadgets

“How do I know whether my items have arrived or not?”
Once I received your items, email nortications will be sent immediately to all who took part in the pre-order. If I do not receive any replies from you within 2 days, I will re-email you or personally sms you telling you that your item has arrived and is ready to be collected. So don’t worry. You will definitely be informed when your items arrived.

“When will I received my items? :((((((“

No point in rushing me as I can’t do anything. I’m not able to call/sms the people processing the orders over at the manufacturers’ side to skip their lunch break, speed up their work pace so that I can receive my items earlier. (this is meant to be sarcastic fyi :D) There are loads of orders, other than mine, over at the supplier’s side. I’m very sure. So it’s impossible. It’s not that I choose to be ignorant about it. Be a blogshop owner, and you will know it dear. Understand me to understand you.

Collections of items when it arrived

“What are the ways to collect my items?”

Meet up at my convenience: AMK or Sengkang
Mass meet-ups are usually being held. So please do not be late because it will affect the rest of the people meeting me on the same day.

I usually held mass meet ups at both AMK & Sengkang on the same day. I’m taking public transport, so I require time to travel from Sengkang to AMK & vice versa. You’re late in meeting me = I’m late in meeting the rest. So please be considerate :)

Normal/Registered postage
I will not be responsible if you opted for normal postage and it got lost. I’ve double triple check the address of every parcel before I sent them out. I will strongly encourage you to opt for registered postage rather than normal one. Yes it’s a bit more expensive, I agree. But it’s safer.

“Can you give me free postage? Pretty please....”
Nope. You are to bear the postage fee price. Unless otherwise stated.

“How much is the postage fee?”
Normal postage
Usually about $1 to $2. It depends on the size of the particular gadget you’re ordering.

Registered postage
Additional of $3.50 on top of the normal postage fee.

“I’ve send u an email, but u didn’t reply?”
All emails will be replied within 48hrs. I will try my very best to get back to you as quick as possible. However if you did not receive any replies from me, please re-email me. It’s either I did not receive your email or you somehow did not receive my email reply to you.

“I sms-ed you but you always never reply me...”

Enquiries via sms will not be entertained. I will not reply you. So if you did not receive any sms replies, please automatically email me.

“Hi, kind of interested in the gadgets. Have a few enquiries though. Can sms me at 91234567? Thanks ((:”
I will NOT sms you. REMEMBER THIS. I will reply your email though asking you about the enquiries you have in mind.

Extras infos

“Hi, I have transferred payment. Do check. I’ve forgotten keep the receipt though. Sorry.. (:”
Seriously, do not bother to try to cheat me. I closely keep track of every transaction made or received. I’m no longer a kid and I’m not the type of person you can easily cheat on. It happened to me a few times already and it really annoys me. Different lame reasons given seriously. Arghhhh. And also please KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. It’s really important for future reference.

In any cases that you have really transferred and I did not received it; do provide me a clear snapshot of your receipt. I will not be responsible if you transferred to the wrong account though. So do double triple check my account number before transferring.
